He was very proud of being a New Zealander and of his family, for whom he had great affection and respect.

He was immensely proud of all the family - you and Rosemary, all the  grandchildren and great grand children!

He mentioned everyone with great affection, showing us the most up to date photos, whenever we saw him and was particularly in awe of every thing you did for them all including Jonny and his sisters.

When Andrew was about 10/12 we visited your father who at that time kept bees. He told Andrew all about the lives and habits of the bees, something Andrew has never forgotten! He also regarded "Uncle George" with deep affection!
